Steve:
It is always a pleasure to see you again and to visit the Strode Station Trade Company, as we did at New Boston this past weekend. We are always amazed by the great quality of the wares that we find in your store and the extreme honesty and appreciation that you give to all of your customers. The trust and sincerity that you have established among your clientel, especially with the younger ones along the trail, will never be forgotten. That's a true Daniel Boone tradition and it's a personna that only a man of your stature and integrity could maintain.
Hope to see you again soon,
Jon, Pam & Bryan Andrews

Steve: Hope you made it back safe from the Fair at New Boston. Had a wonderful time being your assistant, vp in charge of general merchandise.
Hope to be able to do it again in the future.

Your Friend,

Tom

Admin reply: Tom,
I want to publicly thank you for your help at the Fair, i think your ability, and knowledge of 18 century marketing is what added to this event being the best our company has ever experienced,to say you are the VP of Marketing for the Daniel Boone of Kentucky Corporation is an understatement, you are a true straight up gentleman that made us proud for you to be apart of our company's success.

Steve,
It was a pleasure to meet yourself and Doc while visiting Friendship, IN. The conversation we shared was truely touching and will be taken to heart... I wish you the best and hope to see you again. Being a native Kentuckian and also admiring the historical values that 18th century offer in our region, it is great that someone, as yourself, is carrying on the amazing figure of Daniel Boone!
Also, though totally off the path, as we were talking a man (dressed primitively) came into the Strode Station and was carrying a knife on his belt. You stated that his knife had the same mistic of the tomahawk that I purchased from Beaver Bill. My question is what is the maker of that knife?
Thank you again and it was truely a pleasure to meet you!
Chris Robinson (Boone Co. S.D.)

Admin reply: Chris
like wise always a pleasure to have fellow Police Officer in my camp,
you did well on your purchase of a Beaver Bill hawk, the knife you are referring to is a Glen McClain.

What a suprise to find out what you are doing now! Our 12 year old son loves history and the stories of Daniel Boone are some of his favorites! We will have to come to one of your performances sometime and maybe we can get a chance to talk.
